But in this case, family members are giving the orders. You obey without really understanding what they want, but you still brush your teeth, wash your face and get dressed. Your wife packs a small bag, and youre off to the hospital. You know, Ronen, I choose to try and give this life another chance. Yes, as hard as it has been for me; as much as I dont want to carry on, as much as my chances of making it are rather small. All thanks to you. It will takes times of depression and pain, but at least that unbearable feeling of wanting to get away will not come up a million times a day.

Your head pivots from one to another, but you can't figure out what it is they are talking about. Everything sounds like gibberish to you, words without meaning. Start!
